For decades, astronauts from all over the world have been profoundly moved by what they saw from space. NASA Astronaut Nicole Stott and Astronaut Wrangler Christina Korp have spent most of their adult lives dedicated to the rarified air that surrounds astronauts and space programs around the world.

Now they will round up astronauts from all over the world and take them to far flung places on our amazing planet…places they have only seen from space. With unprecedented access to the world’s space centers and programs to intimate journeys with astronauts themselves, The Place I Saw From Space will take us to space and back again, giving us a never before seen view of how space travel affects our world today…and how astronauts themselves were forever changed by what they saw from space.

In a fast paced, emotional and entertaining series we’ll follow Helio and his extraordinary team at Meyer Shank Racing as they prep for races, solve problems with his car and get Helio ready to rip up the track and win races. The show will seamlessly go from behind the scenes on race days where anything can happen, to watching as he and his team solve intricate mechanical problems in the blink of an eye to literally being in the driver’s seat as Helio pushes his car, and himself, to the limit. But it’s not just racing that challenges Helio…
Between races, Helio has an empire to build…and a family to tend to. Being in the fast lane means Helio has to juggle a lot: his team members and team owner Mike Shank, who expect a lot from him, his partner Adriana who has other ambitions for Helio, and the auto dealerships, restaurant businesses and PR engagements that are never ending. And parenting his almost teenage daughter Mikaella has its moments as well. Can he find a balance between his personal life and his racing? Will he be able to win a 5th time and the Indianapolis 500? Helio is great at juggling and he’s just getting warmed up…it’s going to be a wild year!
